At Grace Allen Immigration Law we practice exclusively in all matters pertaining to Canadian immigration.
We are pleased to offer services for temporary residents, whether they’re coming to Canada to visit, work or study. We also offer legal services in permanent residence applications for skilled workers, foreign national spouses, provincial nominees, and protected persons.
It is important to us that our clients understand each step of their immigration journey. For that reason, we charge flat fees for most of our services. We want our clients to be comfortable to pick up the phone or shoot us an email without worrying about increasing the cost of their legal fees.
We understand the significant degree of reliance and dependence that comes with entrusting us with your immigration file, and we take that trust seriously.

“My husband and I went into our virtual meeting with Grace nervous and unsure of which visa to pursue (for my foreign husband). We had SO many questions, I had them all written down on this massive piece of paper and she answered all of them.
